“ The food is always good, but the 5 stars is for the excellent service provided by Chaya! She was calm and pleasant even though she was slammed with patrons! She was hosting, seating, serving and cashiering! All with a smile and timely response! ”
“ Little. Cuca's on State street is best but twice I have been over charged by the new cashier. I am not sure if she is stealing money or saving the company food and ruining their reputation. Check your order from now on and let the manager know so he can fix the problem. I am still going as often as I can, but like everyone everywhere they have changed their menu and prices ti survive this inflation. Found a new Cuca's in Yucaipa. The meat tastes the same. Price s have risen but the quality of food and serving size are fine. I just go to the walk up and drive thru so I really don't have comments on ambiance. I go to State street in Redlands the most. The Lugonia restaurant changed so much I don't go there any longer. ”

“ A 1000x yes! This has been my go to for decades. The consistency over the years hasn't changed and I keep coming back. There are times when this is dinner at least two times a year. Keep doing what you're doing and I'll keep coming back! I especially appreciate the workers and owner who are more like family. “ This was our second time at a Cuca's restaurant in as many days, but this was our first time at a sit down version. We were able to walk in on a Sunday afternoon and got seated at the bar right away. The waitress was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I started a house margarita, which was strong but very drinkable. I ended up getting the taquito plate, and was surprised when it came out because it had six taquitos and I was expecting three taquitos based on the plates at the Cuca's Mexican Food walk-up I had been too before. The chicken taquitos were stuffed with chicken and smothered in guacamole and cheese. My wife had her usual bean and cheese burrito and said it was as good as always. If you want great Mexican food and drinks, Cuca's Mexican Food is the place to be! ”
“ Diane was feeling nauseous, and didn't want to eat anything. So, I had the opportunity to go out by myself to try out a new spot. Knowing the quality of the food at other Cuca's locations, I drove here and ordered a Large Side of Guacamole, a Hard Shredded Beef Taco, and a Wet Bean & Cheese Burrito. The fresh Guac tasted great paired with complimentary Red Salsa and Tortilla Chips. The Shredded Beef Taco was crunchy and delicious, packed with cheese, lettuce, and lots of pieces of tomato, which I greatly prefer. The Wet Burrito was covered with melted cheese that was slathered with Ranchero Sauce, and filled with smooth Refritos and melted cheese. Service was excellent; booth seating comfortable; and the ambiance suitably rustic Mexicana. ”
